Deconditioning Yourself from Hustle Culture: A Guide to Prioritizing Self-Care

Did you know that practicing self-care and prioritizing your fulfillment can actually increase your productivity and lead to greater success? So, why are you still overworking yourself like it’s some badge of honor?

We live in a world that promotes hustle culture. Our society tells us that working hard is the key to success, that we must push aside what brings us personal fulfillment in order to meet certain standards, and that we should prioritize serving others before serving ourselves.

However, all of this messaging is precisely why we often feel burnt out and disconnected from ourselves. It can put a lot of pressure on us and leave us feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed.

So today, we’re going to talk about deconditioning yourself from hustle culture and prioritizing self-care. Let’s dive in!

Are You Pushing Yourself Too Hard? Signs of Burnout to Look Out For

Hustle culture promotes working long hours in a fast-paced environment with the promise of rewards equated with success. However, this easily creates the habit of pushing yourself to the point of burnout.

Let’s take a moment to reflect: How many times in the last week did you skip a meal or eat lunch at your desk? How many days did you get at least 8 hours of sleep? How much water have you had today? And when was the last time you took some time for sexual pleasure? These four basic needs are essential for your well-being and to avoid physical burnout.

It’s easy to forget about them when you’re pushing yourself too hard. This can lead to feelings of exhaustion, irritability, and lack of motivation. At times, you may feel like you’re not doing enough and keep pushing yourself to do more. You may believe that becoming more motivated and productive will eventually lead to the success you desire. But in reality, it’s essential to take breaks and focus on self-care to avoid burnout.

The importance of taking breaks and focusing on self-care

If you’re feeling exhausted, irritable, or lacking motivation, it might be time to take a break. It’s your intuition’s way of telling you to slow down and take care of yourself. Anxiety, pain, digestive issues, and getting sick are all signs that your body is trying to tell you the same thing. So, please take a moment to stop and acknowledge if you might be in a pattern of pushing yourself too hard.

Sometimes, when you are burnt out, it is necessary to completely stop all the overworking you have been doing and prioritize the level of self-care that you need. Hopefully, you can recognize these signs early on and start creating habits of self-care. By prioritizing self-care, I do not mean anything fancy like getting weekly massages or taking an expensive vacation. What really matters are the simple things.

If you are not prioritizing eating 3-6 meals a day, drinking at least 8 glasses of water, sleeping 8 hours a night, and getting at least 30 minutes of movement in a day, it is time to start. Meeting these basic needs should always be your top priority, before anything else.

Here are some things that you can do to make that happen:

  • Set an alarm on your phone for meal times and be sure to follow it.
  • Pre-plan your meals and snacks, and make food easily accessible to you.
  • Use a water tracking app or get yourself a large water bottle to sip from throughout the day.
  • Develop good sleep habits, such as turning off electronics earlier before bed. Train your body to sleep for a full 8 hours.
  • Take three 10-minute walks per day.
  • Choose an exercise you enjoy and move your body regularly.

Remember that taking care of your basic needs should always come first, before anything else. If you’re neglecting them, it may be time to decondition yourself from hustle culture and stop making excuses for why other things are more important. By prioritizing self-care, you’ll actually increase your productivity and find more fulfillment in all areas of your life.

In conclusion, deconditioning yourself from hustle culture and prioritizing self-care is crucial for your well-being and success. By recognizing the signs of burnout and taking steps to prioritize your basic needs, you can increase your productivity and find fulfillment in all areas of your life. Remember to take breaks, listen to your intuition, and prioritize self-care above all else. It’s time to let go of the idea that overworking is the key to success and embrace a healthier, more balanced approach to life.

The Six Core Issues That Contribute to Feeling Disconnected from Your Energy and Identity

Are you finding it tough to figure out what you really want in life? Do you have this sense that there’s more for you, and that you’re not living up to your full potential? I’ve bee there before and what I’ve learned is that these feelings are a sign that you’re not in control of your own energy and identity. It’s easy to lose sight of who we are at our core when we focus too much on pleasing others and meeting their expectations.

This week, we’ll discuss how you can reclaim ownership of your energy and identity and empower yourself to take control of your life. We’ll explore some core issues that may contribute to your feelings of disconnection from your energy and identity. These include being taught to prioritize others’ needs over your own, feeling pressure to conform to traditional gender roles, and neglecting your own needs and self-care. With these tips, you can break free from traditional roles and achieve true fulfillment. Keep reading to learn how!

The Six Core Issues That Contribute to Feeling Disconnected from Your Energy and Identity

I know that being an intuitive can be tough sometimes, especially when we fall into the trap of conforming to traditional roles. When this happens, it can feel like you’re not in control of your own life, which can be really frustrating. You may feel like your energy and identity are all over the place, making it hard to connect with your true self.

But don’t worry, you’re not alone! Many intuitives experience these same challenges. The good news is that there are things you can do to start feeling better.

First, it’s important to recognize these core issues and acknowledge how they’re affecting you. Once you’ve done that, you can start taking steps to address them and feel more in control of your life. By identifying the root causes of your disconnection and taking action, you can start moving towards a happier and more fulfilling life.

Let’s take a look at the top issues that you might face as an intuitive that cause you to feel out of control of your own life and disconnected from your true self:

  1. You’re living up to someone else’s expectations. You spend so much energy trying to be enough for everyone else that you forget to take time for the things that you want. You’re always focused on trying to make someone proud or receive validation from them. You’re trapped in living your life for someone else. This can manifest in career choices, relationships, or personal goals being dictated by external pressures rather than internal desires.

When you spend your life trying to live up to someone else’s expectations, you allow your power to leak away from you. You constantly give up your power to others.

  1. You don’t feel like yourself. You feel out of alignment, like something’s off, but you can’t quite figure it out. This feeling comes from a loss of identity, which can occur due to high stress, mental health challenges, focusing externally, and giving in to peer pressure. In such cases, we have given our power to one of these things instead of focusing internally on our own needs, values, and how we want to identify ourselves.
  2. You are focused on taking care of others and feel like stopping would let them down. You neglect your own needs and self-care, and then complain that others are not taking care of you. This often stems from being taught that the needs of others should always come before your own. Most likely, you learned this from your parents or other family members. It’s often related to the roles you play within your family system. If you identify as a caretaker, deviating from that identity may cause feelings of guilt or shame for going against tradition.
  3. You believe that you have to be the perfect spouse, parent, or child. You may feel pressured to excel in your career and present yourself in a certain way. All of these pressures stem from traditional gender roles imposed on you by society. These roles can cause confusion about your identity and limit your ability to operate outside of what is traditionally considered male or female based on something assigned at birth.

Regardless of your gender identity, you are allowed to question these norms and operate in any way you wish, even if it does not fit within traditional definitions. When you fall into traditional gender roles without questioning them, you give your power over to the people defining those roles.

  1. You feel torn between your career goals and your desire to spend time with your family. You may be afraid of how pursuing your purpose or desired career may affect your family, particularly financially. Deep down, you may doubt yourself and believe that you lack the ability to succeed in pursuing your passions.

It’s possible that you feel like you have to choose between your family and personal aspirations. However, this mindset stems from giving too much power to one or the other, not thinking creatively, and failing to recognize the opportunities available to you. It’s important to remember that you deserve to pursue both and that you are capable of doing so.

  1. You’re just going through the motions. Your life is monotonous and boring because you believe you aren’t worthy of having what you truly want. This belief has led you to refuse to dream about anything more than what you currently have, despite others telling you that you should be content.

However, your intuition is telling you otherwise. You’ve become so focused on just getting through each day that you don’t take the time to listen to your inner voice. You often hear it, but choose to ignore it because taking action is uncomfortable and you’re not willing to do that.

If you’re experiencing any of these issues, please know that you’re not alone. Many intuitives struggle with feeling disconnected from their true selves and their power. But by acknowledging these core issues and taking action, you can start to regain control of your life and move towards a more fulfilling future.

Below are some tips for mastering empowered energy to help you take control of your life and create a lifestyle that aligns with your true self. Remember to prioritize your own needs and desires, and don’t be afraid to challenge traditional roles and norms. You have the power to create a life that empowers you!

Reclaim Your Power: 4 Tips for Empowered Energy Mastery and Living Your True Purpose

I’m excited to help you learn to master empowered energy. This skill is key to breaking free from traditional roles, taking control of your life, and creating a life that is aligned with your true self. I’ve got some tips that can help you become more self-aware and mindful, so you can take charge of your own energy.

Tip #1: Learn to identify your power and energetic leaks. You may be aware of other people’s perceptions of you, especially if you are intuitive and easily pick up on their energy and emotional state.

However, instead of internalizing these perceptions and allowing them to shape your sense of self, use your awareness to focus on yourself and what you are taking on from others. This is where your power and energetic leaks lie.

By trying to control others or allowing them to control us, we give away our power and energy. Identify the ways in which you are taking responsibility for someone else’s physical, emotional, or energetic state, and take ownership of your role in that exchange.

Tip #2: Use techniques such as breathwork, meditation, visualization, and energy work to become aware of your own energy. Begin by paying attention to your body and your energetic field. Take time to connect with yourself, your energy, and your body.

Listening to your intuition takes practice and time, so don’t expect it to come to you instantly. Prioritize yourself and commit to the process, as there are no shortcuts. Transformation, stepping into your power, and mastering your energy require a lifetime commitment.

Tip #3: Begin shedding everything that covers who you truly are. Make a conscious choice to stop living life unconsciously and to stop living in a state of control. Instead, start making conscious choices, take ownership of those choices, practice presence, and experience equality in your everyday life.

This journey is not about becoming or discovering something new. Rather, it requires unlearning everything you were taught in order to remember what you already know. The only way to reach the other side is to go through this shedding process.

You already possess everything you need to be who you are, right where you are. You are powerful, peaceful, and passionate. You are all you need to be right now. You are pure light. Shedding involves releasing everything that obscures your light.

Tip #4: Surround yourself with people who uplift and support you. The people we surround ourselves with have a huge impact on our energy and our beliefs about ourselves. Seek out those who align with your values, who inspire you, and who support your growth.

At the same time, be mindful of those who drain your energy or who do not support your journey. It is okay to set boundaries and distance yourself from those who do not serve your highest good. Remember, you are in control of your own energy and who you allow into your space.

Mastering empowered energy takes time, effort, and a willingness to shed old beliefs and patterns. But the rewards are immense. When you take charge of your own energy, you tap into your true power and potential. You become the creator of your life, living in alignment with your deepest values and desires.

Remember to be patient and compassionate with yourself as you embark on this journey. It’s okay to stumble and fall along the way. What matters is that you keep moving forward, one step at a time. And as you do, surround yourself with people who support and uplift you, and trust that you already possess everything you need to shine your light brightly in the world.

As you keep moving forward on your journey towards embracing your personal purpose, it’s really important to develop your intuition as a powerful tool to guide you towards your goals. In the next section, I’ll share some tips on how to use your intuitive gifts to better understand your personal purpose and provide some helpful advice for developing your intuition.

Using Your Intuitive Gifts to Support Your Purpose

Your intuitive gifts allow you to tap into your inner wisdom and higher consciousness. These gifts can help you gain greater clarity about your purpose and guide you towards your goals. Below are some examples of intuitive gifts and how they can be used to support your purpose:

Clairvoyance – The Gift of Seeing:

Clairvoyance is a special intuitive gift that involves receiving mental images, symbols, or visions that provide insight into your life purpose. This ability allows you to see beyond the physical world, and to connect with a deeper part of yourself.

By honing your clairvoyant abilities, you can gain a deeper understanding of your true self and what you are meant to do in this world. If you have a natural inclination towards clairvoyant abilities, it is important to develop and nurture this gift. You can do this by practicing meditation, visualization, and other techniques that can help you connect with your inner self.

Clairsentience – The Gift of Feeling:

Clairsentience is a powerful intuitive gift that enables you to perceive the emotions and energy of others. This ability to sense the emotional and energetic vibrations of people around you can be incredibly helpful in navigating social situations, building relationships, and understanding the needs of others.

It’s crucial to learn to distinguish your own emotions from those of others. By doing so, you can gain greater clarity about your own needs, values, and desires. This can ultimately lead to stronger personal boundaries, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of self-awareness.

Someone with clairsentient abilities may experience a wide range of emotions, from joy and happiness to sadness and despair. It’s important to learn to recognize and manage these emotions, as they can significantly impact your mental and emotional well-being. Remember that with practice and patience, you can master your clairsentience and use it to gain clarity about your purpose.

Clairaudience – The Gift of Hearing:

This gift, which involves receiving messages or guidance through hearing, can be a powerful tool for gaining insight into your purpose and the steps you need to take to achieve it. By developing your clairaudient abilities, you can learn to distinguish between different types of messages, such as those from your intuition or from spirit guides, and gain a deeper understanding of what they mean for your life.

Additionally, as you become more attuned to the messages you receive, you may find that they become more frequent and more detailed, offering you a richer source of guidance and inspiration. With practice and patience, you can continue to refine your clairaudient abilities and unlock new levels of understanding and communication in your life.

Claircognizance – The Gift of Knowing:

This gift is a form of intuition that enables you to receive information from a deep sense of inner knowing. Possessing this gift gives you the ability to gain greater clarity about your purpose and the direction you need to take in life. It is a valuable tool because it helps you make important decisions with confidence and certainty.

Individuals with the gift of claircognizance can often sense things that others cannot, making it particularly useful in the business world where quick decision-making is often required. Additionally, this gift can help you develop a stronger sense of self-awareness and connect more deeply with your inner self. By learning to trust your inner knowing, you can unlock your full potential and achieve greater success in all areas of your life.

By developing these intuitive gifts, you can gain greater clarity about your purpose and the steps you need to take to achieve it. However, developing intuition takes practice. Below are some tips for developing your intuition:

Tips for Developing Intuition

  • Practice mindfulness: Pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations. By becoming more aware of your inner workings, you can gain greater insight into your intuition.
  • Meditate: Set aside time each day to meditate and quiet your mind. This can help you become more attuned to your intuition and inner wisdom.
  • Trust your instincts: Learn to trust your gut feelings and inner knowing. The more you trust your intuition, the stronger it will become.
  • Practice visualization: Visualize yourself achieving your goals and living your personal purpose. This can help you gain greater clarity about what you truly want in life.

By practicing these tips, you can develop your intuition and gain greater clarity about your personal purpose. Remember, intuition is a powerful tool that can help guide you towards a more fulfilling life. By tapping into your inner wisdom and following your intuition, you can break free from traditional roles and embrace your true self.

Breaking free from traditional roles and embracing your personal purpose can be a daunting task, but it’s also incredibly rewarding. By recognizing the core issues that contribute to feeling disconnected from your energy and identity, and taking action to address them, you can start living a more fulfilling life. Remember to prioritize your own needs and desires, trust your intuition, and challenge traditional roles and norms. By mastering empowered energy, you can take control of your life and create a lifestyle that aligns with your true self.

Do you ever find yourself feeling dissatisfied with your current situation, yearning for a change but unsure of how to proceed? It’s common to feel lost and overwhelmed when you’re not where you want to be in life, especially when your sense of identity and self-worth are at stake.

The emotional toll of being stuck in these feelings can be draining, leaving you feeling drained and disconnected from your inner self. This can create a sense of unfulfillment and dissatisfaction, leaving you questioning if there’s more to life than what you’re currently experiencing.

However, you have the power within you to listen to your inner voice, which can offer valuable insight and guidance. Trusting your intuition can enable you to make decisions that align with your values and goals. By confronting challenges head-on and embracing discomfort, you can emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before. Always remember that your inner guidance system is available to help you navigate life’s ups and downs. All you have to do is tune in and pay attention.

It’s easy to prioritize the needs of others over your own, but remember that your own well-being is just as important. By setting aside time for self-reflection and self-care, you can start to put your own needs first, providing yourself with the same care and attention you give to others.

Remember that you’re not alone in your journey. There are people around you who care and want to lend their support. Be sure to celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may seem. Every step you take towards what brings you joy and fulfillment is a win. And when things get tough, don’t hesitate to ask for help. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Finding fulfillment and living a life that’s aligned with your personal purpose is possible, but it’s not always easy. It takes time, dedication, and effort. Believe in yourself and trust the journey, even when it feels challenging.

You can do this! Keep pushing forward, and success will come.

The Connection Between Empowerment and Intuition

Are you looking for ways to feel more in control of your life? Do you want to make better decisions and trust yourself more? Empowerment and intuition are two powerful tools that can help you achieve these goals. This week, we’ll explore the connection between empowerment and intuition and how they can work together to help you live your best life. We’ll also share practical tips for tapping into your intuition and becoming more empowered. So, let’s dive in and discover how you can unleash your intuitive power and take control of your life!

What is Empowerment?

Being empowered means believing that you control your own life. It means thinking, feeling, and believing that you have the ability to influence the outcomes, results, relationships, and experiences in your life. You are empowered by being aware of and utilizing internal factors such as your perceptions, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, choices, and actions, all of which are guided by your intuition.

On the other hand, you become disempowered when you define yourself by external factors such as situations, circumstances, other people, or destinations that you feel the need to run towards or away from.

The Importance of Empowerment

When we are empowered, we have a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence. This allows us to trust our intuition and make better decisions for ourselves. In turn, following our intuition can lead to even more empowerment, as we become more in tune with ourselves and our abilities.

When you are not empowered, you may experience a sense of disconnection from your own power and a lack of control over your life. You may feel like you are at the mercy of external circumstances, and that you have limited options to change your situation. This can lead to feelings of hopelessness, frustration, and anxiety. You may feel like you don’t fit in or belong, and that you are not good enough the way you are. You may compare yourself to others and feel like you are lacking something that they have.

These feelings of inadequacy can be compounded by societal expectations and pressures to conform to certain standards and norms. For example, you may feel like you need to have a certain job, look a certain way, or act a certain way to be accepted or successful. This can lead to a sense of disempowerment, where you feel like you are not living up to your own potential or living the life that you truly want.

It’s important to recognize these feelings and to take steps to overcome them.

Factors That Limit Us

Life can be full of experiences that leave us feeling powerless. One such experience is working in a toxic environment where you are not supported to thrive in your role and are constantly pushed to produce without recognition of your gifts. This can lead to a lack of motivation, low self-esteem, and burnout, all of which can have long-lasting effects on your mental and physical health.

Relationships can also contribute to our sense of powerlessness, especially when they cause stress and anxiety due to a lack of communication and an inability to get our needs met. This can lead to feelings of isolation, loneliness, and hopelessness, which can be difficult to overcome without proper support.

Other factors that can limit us include financial difficulties, physical health issues, past traumas, and a lack of support or resources. These can all compound and make it even harder to break free from feelings of powerlessness.

Societal pressure to fit in and be good enough can further exacerbate our stress, leading us to take on more responsibilities and ending up in a cycle of overwhelm. This can cause us to neglect our own needs and put the needs of others before our own. It’s important to recognize that this pressure is often unrealistic and can be harmful to our mental health.

The uncertainty of the future can also make us feel stuck and small, rather than moving forward into the uncomfortable space of growth. It’s important to remember that growth is rarely comfortable and that taking risks is necessary for personal and professional development. By embracing change and stepping outside of our comfort zone, we can start to feel more empowered and in control of our lives.

The Power of Affirmations for Building Self-Trust

Have you ever found yourself questioning your intuition? Do you feel like sometimes you trust your gut, but other times you’re not so sure? You’re not alone. It’s completely normal to have moments of self-doubt, especially when it comes to trusting your intuition. However, learning how to trust yourself is essential to empowering yourself and feeling confident in your ability to navigate the world around you.

One way to build self-trust and strengthen your intuition is by using affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself to help shift your mindset and create a more positive outlook. By practicing affirmations regularly, you can reprogram your mind to focus on the good, which can help you develop a more trusting relationship with yourself.

Today, we will explore the power of power of affirmations for building self-trust.

What are affirmations?

Affirmations are powerful tools that can boost our self-confidence in numerous ways. They consist of positive statements that help shift our focus from what we don’t want to what we want. By using affirmations, we can focus on our strengths and build our self-esteem.

People use affirmations in different ways. Some use them to start their day off on the right foot, while others use them to help overcome specific challenges or obstacles. Regardless of how you use them, affirmations can be a powerful tool to help you achieve your goals and become an empowered intuitive.

How can affirmations help you trust yourself more?

When using affirmations, it is important to focus on ones that feel believable to you. Attempting to use an affirmation that doesn’t ring true for you can actually reinforce limiting beliefs and make it difficult to build self-trust.

While it can be useful to identify the mindsets that cause you to question your intuition, it’s easy to get caught up in limiting beliefs or toxic positivity if you try too hard to believe something to be true. This doesn’t mean that you should avoid affirmations that challenge you, but rather that you should strive to find a balance between affirmations that push you out of your comfort zone and those that feel like a natural fit.

By focusing solely on affirmations that feel too easy or comfortable, you may inadvertently reinforce limiting beliefs and miss out on opportunities for growth. On the other hand, if you try too hard to believe something to be true, you risk falling into the trap of toxic positivity or invalidating your true feelings and beliefs.

Working with affirmations is a process that requires going with the flow. You may find affirmations that easily ring true for you, while others create dissonance. For example, working with the affirmation, “I trust myself and my intuition.” If you find yourself questioning yourself, chances are this affirmation isn’t actually true for you. Simply repeating “I trust myself and my intuition” over and over again until you believe it might bring up self-doubt. It’s difficult to convince yourself of something without actually believing it.

To work with this affirmation, you want to notice the limiting beliefs that come up. These beliefs usually show up as negative thinking, self-talk, and doubt. So when you say to yourself, “I trust myself and my intuition,” instead of a solid feeling, you might start to think things like, “But do I really?”, “What if what I’m feeling isn’t valid and it’s all in my head?” All those questions may come up in your mind, and they can linger, but they can also be fleeting.

To work with this affirmation, write down all those thoughts that come up and say “this isn’t true.” You need to acknowledge these thoughts to purge them from your system. Once you’ve acknowledged them and written them down, you can work with these limiting beliefs and make new affirmations to shift them into beliefs that are more supportive.

Let’s take the question, “What if what I’m feeling isn’t valid and it’s all in my head?” There are a few limiting beliefs contained in that question: my feelings are not valid, I cannot trust my intuition, and I am not capable of accurately interpreting my emotions or intuition. You may notice some resistance coming up here, and your instinct may be to say “I don’t believe those things.” You have to choose to be radically honest here and face that these beliefs do exist within you. If they didn’t, that seed of doubt would not be coming up.

Once you identify these limiting beliefs, you can work on identifying where these beliefs came from and healing any past experiences and conditioning that led to these beliefs. To learn more about that, I would recommend booking an Intuitive Healing Session.

To continue working with affirmations, you want to question the truth of these limiting beliefs and create new supportive beliefs. These new beliefs will be the new affirmations that you can use to support yourself. For example, you may come to the conclusion that you are working on trusting your intuition. So the affirmation might become, “I am working on trusting my intuition.” Any affirmation that you use should have a sense of solidity and authenticity to it. Otherwise, you have to go back and repeat the process until you find an affirmation that does work for you. Once you do, repeat that affirmation over and over to reinforce your new belief.

When we repeat affirmations to ourselves regularly, we begin to believe them. This can help us build confidence in ourselves and our abilities, and strengthen our trust in our intuition.

Trusting yourself as an intuitive is not always easy. Many of us have been taught to ignore or dismiss our intuition, and it can take time to unlearn those beliefs.

Do you hear a voice inside of you telling you to ignore your intuition or do what is expected of you, even if it doesn’t feel right? These thoughts and feelings are clues to the beliefs that are holding you back, and they are intuitive clues!

Pay attention to the little nudges and whispers that come up throughout your day. Trust that they are leading you in the right direction.

Have there been times when you trusted your intuition and it led you in the right direction? Writing down proof of these experiences can help build evidence so that you can more easily trust your intuition.

Trusting yourself as an intuitive is a journey, not a destination. Every time you listen to your intuition, you are strengthening that trust muscle a little bit more. So be patient with yourself and celebrate the moments when you do trust yourself.

Your intuition is a gift, a part of you that is always there, waiting to be acknowledged and trusted.

You have everything you need to be a powerful and intuitive force in the world. Trust yourself, and the rest will follow.

I believe in you.

How I use my intuitive gifts in my life and business

In both my everyday life and work, I rely heavily on my intuition. It functions as a compass that guides me, helping me tap into my spiritual side, stay in tune with my surroundings, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose. Intuition is not only important for decision-making, but it also plays a powerful role in living a fulfilling life.

In the following sections, I will share some examples of how I use my intuitive gifts to make decisions, navigate through life, and connect with a deeper sense of purpose. I will also explain how I use my intuition when working with clients and making business decisions. Hopefully, this will help you better understand how intuition can play a powerful role in your life and work.

In my everyday life, I use my intuitive gifts to feel more spiritually connected and go with the flow throughout my day. While structure is important for achieving goals, I also want to allow for flexibility in my day. By listening to my intuition, I can do this. Instead of pushing myself to perform, I listen to what my body needs and address those needs first. This has been especially important during my pregnancy, where taking care of myself requires more time, patience, and care.

I start my mornings easy and allow myself to slowly move through my routine, modifying it based on what my body needs that day. If my intuition guides me to do something different than what I had planned, I listen and modify my day accordingly. This approach keeps me present and open to any opportunities that might arise. Listening to my body’s intuition also allows me to take a break when I need to rest or move my body.

I rely on my intuition for many decisions, especially when it comes to my daily routine. For instance, in the morning, I may use my intuitive feeling to decide what to wear and how to style my hair based on what feels best to me that day. When it comes to meals, I often let my intuition guide my choices, helping me eat food that I enjoy and that supports my overall health.

Another way I use my intuitive gifts in everyday life is by dedicating time each day to learning. This is particularly important as an Audient, as it enables me to intuitively access information in the future when I need it. When I have free time, I like to read books on a variety of topics. I find that the more I read, the more information I can intuitively access. In addition, I also like to listen to podcasts and watch videos on topics that interest me. This helps me broaden my knowledge and gain different perspectives. By doing this, I am able to develop my intuitive abilities further and apply them to different areas of my life.

I rely heavily on my intuition not only in my everyday life but also in my work. In fact, my work primarily depends on my intuition. Before working with clients, I make sure to clear my own energy so that I can be a clear channel for their energy. During sessions with clients, I tap into my intuition to read their energy. To do so, I practice meditation and slow down to connect with my intuitive gifts. This enables me to create custom programs for my clients and guide them through personal transformation.

I rely on my intuition when making business decisions. For example, I recently wanted to connect with more like-minded individuals in the healing space who value inclusivity and work with LGTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. My goal was to learn from them and build a community of supportive peers. By setting an intention and allowing my intuition to guide me to the right people, I have been able to grow my community and network.

Using intuition in my business helps me think outside the box and come up with innovative ways to distinguish myself as one of the top Energy Healing practitioners in San Jose. It also enables me to assist others in starting and growing their own businesses in a unique way, rather than relying on cookie-cutter strategies.

Intuition is an essential tool for navigating through life and work. It allows us to tap into our spiritual side, connect with our surroundings, and make decisions that are in alignment with our deeper sense of purpose. By listening to our intuition, we can live more fulfilling lives and create successful businesses that are unique to us. Whether it’s using intuition to guide our daily routines or relying on it to make important business decisions, we can all benefit from developing our intuitive gifts.

Embracing Your Unique Strengths

Have you ever had a gut feeling that turned out to be right, but maybe you brushed it off? Well, guess what? You’re not alone! Intuition is a powerful tool that we all possess, but sometimes we don’t recognize and fully embrace its potential. However, by acknowledging and tapping into your unique intuitive strengths, you can enhance your decision-making abilities and lead a more fulfilling life.

It’s important to understand that intuition comes in many forms. Some people may have a strong gut feeling or instinctual response to certain situations, while others may experience vivid dreams or have more subtle intuitive nudges. Whatever your personal experience with intuition may be, it’s essential to recognize and honor your individual intuitive strengths, rather than comparing them to others.

There are four different types of intuitives: Audients, Feelers, Visionaries, and Prophetics. If you’d like to learn more about them, check out this post.

To embrace your intuitive strengths, the first step is to find out your intuitive type. To help you discover your intuitive strengths and learn how to use them, I’ve created a fun quiz. Take the quiz and begin your journey towards self-discovery! Once you know your type, you can begin to understand and trust your own intuitive gifts.

Here are some other small steps you can take to begin embrace your own intuitive type:

  • Practice mindfulness and self-reflection. Take five minutes each day to quiet your mind and tune into your inner self. Ask yourself a question that you would like more information about. Then, pay attention to your intuitive senses: what you feel in your body, your inner vision, your inner voice, and your instinctual knowing in order to receive the answer. Journal any insights that come up to create a record of your intuitive insights and to provide proof that you are intuitive. This process helps you better identify and trust your intuitive insights. As you do this more frequently, you will gain insights faster and more effectively.
  • Pay attention to the physical sensations in your body throughout the day. Your body is constantly providing valuable clues and signals, such as tightness in the chest or a fluttering sensation in the stomach. By acknowledging these sensations and exploring their meaning, you can better understand your intuitive responses.
  • Take a chance and act on your intuition, even when it may go against logic or reason. While it’s important to consider all factors when making decisions, your intuition can often provide valuable insights that your rational mind may overlook. You learn to trust your intuition by building up proof that it is trustworthy. This means listening to your intuition instead of brushing it off. Your intuition is always guiding you to your best self, so when you take action on it, it builds up proof that embracing and using it as a guide will lead to a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Embracing your unique intuitive strengths is essential to living a more fulfilling and authentic life. By practicing mindfulness, paying attention to your physical sensations, and trusting your intuition, you can enhance our decision-making abilities and tap into your inner wisdom.

Intuition is a powerful tool that can help us connect with our spiritual side, navigate through life, and make important decisions. Whether it’s using intuition to guide our daily routines or relying on it to make important business decisions, we can all benefit from developing our intuitive gifts. By acknowledging and tapping into our unique intuitive strengths, we can enhance our decision-making abilities and lead more fulfilling lives.
